- In 2022, India will be the second fastest growing economy after Saudi Arabia.
- Also, India will be the fastest growing economy in the year 2023.
- India has a low inflation rate, while the GDP growth rate is high.
- Higher prices of crude oil and fertilizers will increase domestic inflation.
- The global slowdown will have an adverse impact on exports, resulting in a fall in the domestic growth rate.
- The widening trade deficit and a stronger dollar are having a negative impact on the rupee’s exchange rate.
