NIDHI 4 COVID 2.0
- Recently the Government of India has launched the NIDHI 4 COVID 2.0 initiative. The ‘NIDHI4COVID2.0’ initiative is a special campaign of the ‘National Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board’ (NSTEDB), the ‘Department of Science and Technology (DST) and the Government of India.
- The central government had decided to provide financial assistance to Indian startups and companies to develop new technologies and innovative products in response to quick start-up solutions to support startup-driven solutions in the country. This initiative has been started with this objective.
The main task of this initiative
- To finance registered startups in India and companies offering critical solutions in key areas of oxygen innovation, portable solutions, relevant medical aids, diagnostics, informatics, or any other solutions.
