Mouling National Park
Mouling National Park is located in the Adi Hills of the Eastern Himalayas adjacent to the Siang River valley in the Upper Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh.
It is the eastern part of the Dihang-Dibang Biosphere Reserve. It was constructed in the year 1986.
Its name “Mauling” is lying on the peak named Mouling.
Vegetation: Here tropical moist evergreen and semi-evergreen forests, and on the upper part, humid subtropical broad-leaf and temperate forests are found.
Fauna: Red Panda, Deer, Hoolock Gibbons, Tiger, Wild Buffalo, Leopard, Elephant, Hog Deer, Barking Deer, Chestnut-breasted Hill Parties, Greater Spotted Eagle, etc. are found here.
Climate: The climate here is extremely humid, and receives heavy rainfall. In addition, there is no well-defined dry season.
