Horn of Africa
Recently, China will soon appoint its envoy to the ‘Horn of Africa’.
The Horn of Africa is the easternmost terrestrial extension of the continent of Africa and includes the countries of Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia and Somalia. The cultures and histories of these countries are closely related to each other.
It extends hundreds of kilometers forward into the Arabian Sea and the Indian Ocean and is located on the southern edge of the Gulf of Aden.
