Foundation Stone of Integrated Solar Dryer and Pyrolysis Pilot Plant
Recently, the foundation stone of Integrated Solar Dryer and Pyrolysis pilot plant has been laid in Chennai.
This is a part of the pilot plant ‘Pyrasol’ (Indo-German project), which has been set up for bio-treatment and energy conversion of smart cities’ organic waste.
The ‘Pyrasol’ project has been awarded to the CSIR-Central Leather Research Institute (CLRI) by the Indo-German Science and Technology Center.
This pilot plant will provide energy with technology development by simultaneously processing ‘sewage sewage’ or ‘sewage sludge’ (SS) and ‘fabric organic waste’ (FOW) of Indian smart cities, and will promote a cleaner environment by reducing global warming.
About the ‘Pyrasol’ project:
The project focuses on the management of urban waste collection, treatment and disposal systems with an integrated and interactive approach in Indian smart cities as well as other urban centers.
