- At the Government of India level, the program is administered by NITI Aayog. Apart from this, several ministries are contributing in the implementation of the plan for the progress of the districts.
5G Technology:
- 5G network is the 5th generation mobile network. It is the latest global wireless standard after 1G, 2G, 3G and 4G networks.
- 5G operates in 3 bands (low, mid and high frequency spectrum), all of which have their own uses and limitations.
- This enables a new type of network that is designed to link virtually everything together, including machines, objects, and devices.
