25th National Youth Festival (NYF) 2022
Recently, on the 150th birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda, the Prime Minister inaugurated the 25th National Youth Festival 2022.
- National Youth Festival is an annual gathering of youth along with various other activities including competitive activities.
- It aims to inspire, mobilize and energize young citizens towards nation building, so as to realize the true potential of the demographic dividend.
- The National Youth Festival was first started in the year 1995. It was initiated as an activity under the program of National Integration Camp (NIC) in association with Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan (NYKS) and National Service Scheme (NSS).
